LeRon Ellis is a former professional basketball player who was drafted into the NBA as a first-round pick by the Los Angeles Clippers. He later played for the Charlotte Hornets and the Miami Heat.
LeRon Ellis had his most productive on-court years as a smooth-shooting center at the University of Kentucky and Syracuse University. He averaged sixteen points per game during his sophomore season at UK, along with 5.5 rebounds. As a senior at Syracuse, LeRon Ellis average more than eleven points per game and greatly improved his rebounding. He also asserted his defensive skills as a senior, and teammates considered him an important presence on the court.

LeRon Ellis studied Marketing at both UK and Syracuse. He became a Sales Representative at Vector Marketing, also in Los Angeles, where he exceeded his annual sales quotas by an average of twenty-five percent. LeRon Ellis ranked in the top two percent of the company’s sales force, and for his performance he received the President’s Club Award. Just as important, LeRon Ellis achieved a stellar 99.9 percent customer satisfaction rating.
Today, LeRon Ellis works with Split Second Sound, where he is a Technical DJ and MC at private parties, weddings, and other special events. Some of his current duties include contacting and coordinating with the lead DJ and event organizers on site, as well as interacting with guests in order to ensure optimal customer service.
